我仿照 vercel.json 格式写了个示例：

建议读取这个文件，然后根据里面填写的覆盖规则把对应资源链接替换后再输出，这样用户可以自己在仓库中配置 Actions 来实现同步到七牛或者其他云存储，并获得链接。

七牛那份代码我觉得不需要了，因为可以通过 Actions 自动把仓库文件同步到七牛。你只需要维护一份上传到仓库的代码就可以啦。
