A shop owner must break and place a sign when they want to edit it.

Once we store the barrel and sign locations in a config file, set this up so we can allow the player to edit the sign.

When creating 2 slot shops next to each other, they pick up the sign on the barrel next door.

When creating a slot shop, we need to get the barrel we're placing the sign on and store this in a config file and use this as the reference rather then checking if it's attached to a barrel every time
