2. spa resort (build adjacent to coast or lake)
3. mountain resort (build adjacent to mountain)
4. golf resort (build on or adjacent to plains or grassland)

The buildings are good but too good, I think there's too much bonuses per buildings and there's not even a maintenance cost on them which makes it op for a small sacrifice. Hopefully you update it thank you.

This unit promotion doesn't require built Apothecary in city and always can be chosen when you can promote unit.

2. Icehouse - Iron Working (+5% Food in this city) 1 maintenance. 200 production cost.
3. Cannery - Metallurgy (+10% Food in this city, 1 Engineer slot) 3 maintenance. 300 production cost.
