Send My Love Web App

Web App created with a backend in Rails and front-end using React.js / Redux

  • Uses Facebook Javascript SDK to login users and share their name.

  • Uses reverse geocode api to turn current location coordinates into locality and country.

  • Users "send love" by sharing their Name and Location. They then receive love from the person that sent before them. They see the straight line distance from when they received and eventually to where the next person receives.

  • Running totals such as Total Distance Love has travelled are shown

  • Long task of updates to made still
