This issue is occuring on all installs of freak fortress 2 thus far both main and unofficial. It seems the fix is to go to line 590 of addons/sourcemod/configs/freak_fortress_2/danmedic.cfg, and at the end of that line hit enter then add

"plugin_name"	"s93_blitzkrieg"

This seems to fix the problem, as no plugin_name was defined for that section of the config file. Without a plugin_name defined, freak fortress 2 is unaware of what plugin is required and thus the boss cannot be loaded. Simple fix. Thought I'd let you or anyone else know of this issue and hopefully it can be resolved.
