If you wiggle youtube streams around too hard with drag and drop in the playlist (first item has to change), vlc crashes silently and pulls python with it to the depths of hell.
Since we probably cannot prevent vlc from crashing anyways, try to recover from a vlc crash.

Audio and subtitle delays are currently in microseconds. Change to seconds with decimals.

Therefore it seems that README.md is deprecated.
