Error in build caused by php5 extensions

One or more of the PHP 5 extensions loaded as part of the build cause the php5-cli package to be purged due to an error with their dependencies. This causes the build to fail as php5 must be available to build the composer executable. Will need the upstream bug to be resolved before we can build this package again on Alpine 3.8.
