I tried to run FactorBase on imdb_MovieLens database thrice now but it reports out of memory >errorException in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
at com.mysql.jdbc.MysqlIO.nextRowFast(MysqlIO.java:2145)

Hm, this may be because Java is running out of RAM or the database server is running out of memory. Both can be fixed but in different ways. Here are my suggestions.

1. Do a web search on the error to get some info on where it comes from . (e.g. does "GC" mean garbage collection) and what common fixes are.

2. Move to cs-oschulte-03.cs.sfu.ca . This is not as bit as 01 but not as full either. On that server, I'd start with the following databases:

• tutorial_Mondial. There is a _BN already, you don't need to rerun FactorBase.
• unielwin. Again there is an _BN already.

If those two work, we can add a couple of others if we like. For now we mainly want to make sure we can run Zhensong's code and understand what it does.

1. Move them into this repository.
2. Do they run (after running FactorBase)?
3. What is the output - how can we find the score values?
