Hello, my name is Sebastian, but I usually go by three nicknames: The Seviest, Sevelar or just Sev.
I'm a frontend developer, but looking forward to become a fullstack in the future.

Add the Welcome Page on startup

List of planned things:

  • Create a Welcome Page component
  • Add application logo in the middle of the page
  • Add a list of options under the logo (Create a new file, Import a file, About, Exit)
  • Add appropriate shortcuts to each option
  • Add the finished component on application startup

Add the User Profile modal (appearing on clicking user avatar or nickname)

List of tasks required to complete:

  • Create User Profile component
  • Add customizable backgrounds to the component
  • Change background's height depending on its state (whenever it had been set or not; look how colors behave in Discord)
  • Add a button on background, allowing the user to edit their profile (same as avatar)
  • Add User Avatar to the component
  • Create hover behavior to the avatar (display "Click to change" on hover)
  • Add Username to the component
  • Create decorative badges next to the username
  • Add About Me section to the component (following the Discord styling)
  • Add Activity section to the component
  • Add time counter to the component (whenever the app should save the counter or not is yet to decide)

  • Max width/height on pictures depending on app window size
  • Modals closed on clicking anywhere outside of them
  • Adding the rest of Markdown rules (following Discord MD ruleset)
