This is an Alx pair programming project aimed at fostering teamwork and peerlearning. Each teams(2 members) are task with writing a user-defined function that writes to the standard output stream just like printf() function in the stdlib.h. It handles the following conversion specifiers

• %c: to print characters to standout
• %s: prints out a string
• %%: prints out the % character
• %d: prints out decimal values(base 10)
• %i: prints out integer values
• %b: Handles unsigned integer argument converted to binary
• %u: Handles unsigned decimals(based 10)
• %o: Handles octa(base 8) integers
• %x: Handles lowercase hexadecimals(base 16)
• %X: Handles uppercase hexadecimals(base 16)
• %p: Handles pointer values
• +: flag character is handled
• space: flag character is handled
• #: Handles flag character
• l: handles length modifiers for non-custom conversion
• h: handles length modifier
• 0: handles flag character
• -: handles flag character
• r: Handles reversed string
• R: prints the rot13'ed string
