Basically it would allow you to put in a whitelist.tf link an keep that for the duration of the current gamemode

Put behind convar for:

• End of match
• Before map changes (5 minutes remaining on level)

What does it do?
Will move all players to spectate and randomly pick 2 players to act as captains. Then bounces between teams allowing them to pick players until the max number has been met. This plugin will automatically move them to their respective team

• Takes a TTL as a cvar and will hard shutdown after that expires; but will not do this if a match is currently being played
• Takes a second TTL cvar that shuts down when no players are on the server
• Ability to respond to a !restart command, incase the server needs to be bounced at some point
• Ability to check if there is an update required by Valve for the server
