At present there the only achievable operations are permutations of the brain-body containment relationship on N subjects. Add new predicates and new actions that allow more diverse methods and state alterations, so that randomised goals and plans can be generated.
Example methods:

• Dissection/microtomy and microscopy
• MRI and related (possibly fictional) scans
• Electrophysiology
• Interface with microchip
• Interface with cultured neurons
• Psychopharmacology?
• Removal and replacement of brain regions
• Transcranial direct current stimulation
• Transcranial magnetic stimulation/inhibition

Example states:

• Various memory domains: long-term, short-term, procedural, motor, ...
• Personality - represented how?
• Access to [external] knowledge (digital or neural)
• Access to [external] information processing (digital or neural)
• Access to [external] senses
• Access to [external] motor functions
• Computers simulating brain function
• Access to contents of [recently] deceased brains
• Programming reactions
• Brain contained in body or "jar"

Randomly generate questionnaires and/or tasks for subjects to complete before and after the operation, to confirm the desired (fictional) state was obtained.
