I'm going to create a branch for this tomorrow and later on make a pull request merging it. If anyone has requests for specific features make sure to let me know.

I have started working on this locally, might be a couple days until I push anything to the remote just testing different approaches right now.

Seems like a PriorityQueue would be optimal for this, which has O(log n) time for the queuing and polling methods. Please let me know if there's a better approach.

I more or less have it working locally, going to clean some things up and push it by tomorrow hopefully.

Sadly I'm going to close this issue for now, without pushing anything to the remote; the solution I had was very messy and not optimal at all. I might open this in the future if I have more free time to work on Seppuku.
