I've created a survey with many questions, and after the saving I arrived back to the content explorer.
If I try to open the survey to fill it - Browse view - I just got the list items.

How can I fill the form, which link can I send to the users?
I just can create a New Survey List Item, so it could be the link?

After the users filled the survey I want to create a report of the results.
But the grid field datas are in one field now, in a specific format:

It should be some script / app / anything which can help for read and use these datas.

I created a workspace, and allowed the "Survey List" content type.
I went into the workpsce, and int the create NEW list there are no Survey List, just Survey Title.
It should be good if the names would be the same

If I try to create a grid with more than 10 rows the focus is moving up and down:

1. I go up to press the Add button 3 times, and scroll down to write the field names
2. When I click in a new Untitled row field the focus jumping up.
3. When I start to write something to the field the focus is jumping back.

I create a grid field with many rows (10+) and at the creation there is a preview. Here I can't see the last row name. It's no problem.
But when I want to fill them as a user I see the same: cant see the last row name!
