How do I add a export to pdf button to the writr template? I would prefer to be able to add this as a button below backlinks in the middle page tools bar, possibly with a download icon. I have tried adding export_pdf function to main.php but I just get [UNKNOWN LINK TYPE] appearing.

I'm currently to see the new version of Dokuwiki "Detritus" and I discover your theme. And I have 2 questions/issues :

• I found that content_width is too fit. So I change 800 to 1000px to begin. The changes take effect but if I displayed it on a small screen (1280 * 1024 for example), I can't see all the text and no scrollbar appears at the bottom page...

Maybe there is no scrollbar defined in css or responsive not work ?

Is there a way to solve this ?

• How can I reduce the black horizontal bar with the button ? Because I think it take to much place just for some buttons ? Is there a way in css to change that, because I try to find where you define it, but can't...

In a closed wiki, the topnav navigation menu is shown in the sidebar to non-logged users.
Even with the ACL set to None for @ALL for the [root] namespace and the topnav page.

Hi,
I tried changing the content width to a percentage to see if it would respond to different device widths. This seemed to work but whenever I go back to Admin > Template Style Settings the page is completely blank.

While trying to get the struct-plugin to work for me, I hit on the following issue:
When I assign a schema to a page and then edit that page, I am presented with the predefined fields to edit (besides the normal page content, too). With Dokuwiki theme I can type in these fields as expected with black letters on white background, but with writr theme it seems that the text I type is white on white.
I can only see the text if I right-click on the field: then I see white text on grey background.
The editing works though. But it would be helpfull to see it, too ;-)

Is this something I can fix myself? In that case: which color definition has to be changed and where do I do that?

Thanks for the wunderfull template! It looks good and work on several screen sizes perfect (smartphone, tablet, desktop)!

I am using the move plugin which extend the page tools menu. The template have to support the TEMPLATE_PAGETOOLS_DISPLAY event to implement this. It would be great if you can add this functionality.

I've noticied that "dokuwiki_top" class doesn't switch to sidebar-closed like it does on other "healthy" wikis.

Tested on both mobile and reponsive view on desktop.

I use the 'IndexMenu Plugin' and 'Writr Template' in Dokuwiki.
Is the 'Writr Template' activated I can see on the login screen that folder they have subfolders.
Folders without subfolders are not displayed.
Only the folders are displayed subpages not.
Is the Dokuwiki default template used no TOC will be displeyed.

Is there an posibility to solve this problem?

Hi, I love this template, very nice, clean and easy to customize. Unfortunately it seems to mess with the struct plugin so that it's input fields (textareas are fine) use white text on white background. This makes it really hard to use. I'm sorry I don't know more about front-end stuff to give more useful information

Using the latest version of DokuWiki Greebo with the amazing Writr template. When performing a search the search string is not visible on the search result page.
I've seen this problem also at http://axamonitor.com/doku.php?do=search&id=start&q=test

I recently adopted writr to replace the cokowiki theme. writr is great! But there is one feature I miss of codowiki: the sidebar toggle. Would it be possible to add this feature to writr so that I can hide sidebar when I do not need it?

We use to make ugly large tables, with Dokuwiki Theme in all tables comes with a usefull scrollbar... here one image with the scroll bar and the ugly table:

Installed Writr and everything was ok. After switching to Monobook and back again to Writr the template doesn't show up in the Configuration Manager. This happens on all our wikis with the Writr template installed.
Tried re-install but without success.

Just installed the latest version of DokuWiki and working on a migration from MediaWiki to DokuWiki at work with your template. But has run in to some small bugs...

First, on most pages: there is a bar with "start.txt · Last modified: 2016/04/28 13:30 by pontus". Is it supposed to be like that?

Running the latest version of DokuWiki on Ubuntu 16.04, have tested the site in both Firefox and Thunderbird with the same result!

if jQuery was reassigned to $ in the IIFE on line 1, why is it referenced as jQuery (twice) on line 3 ?

on line 6, isn't <object> deprecated and shouldn't the list include <details> and <iframe> which I understood were focusable. I believe [contenteditable] could also be in the list, but perhaps not in your specific use case.

also on line 6 (and line 14) was it a stylistic choice to negate is() versus using not()? I'm wondering if there's a performance advantage or something.

why do lines 25 and 26 use document.location.hash but line 31 uses window.location.hash?

what is line 31 doing? it looks like it's prepending # to the hash after removing # and I'm wondering what the value in that is. why remove a thing just to put it right back; what is the use case you are solving for?

related, why assign hash to a variable if you're going to immediately use it and never use it again?

also -- sort of related -- instead of using a selector on lines 26 and 32 to find an element and then pass that element to the focusOnElement method where you then have to test length, why not just pass the selector string to focusOnElement and let it find the element? it seems like you're doing work in two places that could have been done in one.

something like:

function focusOnElement(selector) {
  var $element = $(selector).first();

I suppose technically you'd still be calling focus () on a non-element (which quietly fails) and could have exited faster, but checking .length seems so 2015.

I love this template and have just converted my wiki to it. However it doesn't seem to work with the Starred Plugin. I can display pages starred in the DokuWiki template but users can't make a new bookmark because the star that appears at the bottom of the sidebar in DokuWiki is not visible in the Writr template. Please can anybody help me fix this so the star can be visible and functional in Writr.
