Build the rocker files using CI solution, or get rid of rocker deps and convert to pure Dockerfile and let docker hub build.

Currently SSH-Gitway can't be used for forwarding plain SSH sessions as the default mode is expecting gitpack commands. #2 was the first step towards this, but the proxy itself is blocking plain shell attempts.

I don't use Gerrit, but I'm told that Gerrit does not use the "git" user for all users, leveraging the SSH pubkey to identify the user like GitHub or Bitbucket, but requires the real username for the SSH connection in combination with the pubkey.

The proposal is to use a token separator in the connecting user name such as user+target@gitway-host and split out the target container from the username to be passed. the user git without the token parsing should be the default mode, but if enabled with a env flag, the actual user can be parsed.
