Documentation is a bit sparse and should be cleaned up once project is nearing first release

Discord api does not guarantee uniqueness right now for usernames

• modify user collection to have userId
• modify api to use discord's user id for uniqueness

Users endpoint is needed to send data regarding users.

Features needed:

• GET a single user
• GET all users
• POST add new user
• PATCH edit an existing user
• DELETE delete a user

Need to implement security auth for api to prevent hackers

• Add authorization/authentication protocol to api for safeguard
• Add unit tests

An endpoint is needed to allow sending data regarding which users know what programming languages.

features:

• GET a single programming language's data
• GET all programming language data
• POST add a new programming language
• PATCH allow editing a programming language's data element to add/remove users under a language or change a language's name.
• DELETE delete a language

Need to have an automated build setup for the project to run tests and code health checks.
This will mean going on dev will be a build branch, and all future development will happen on a separate branch and merged back later.
