Currently the GITHUB_REPO_URL can only be set from someone self-hosting. This should rather be inferred from the other settings that the person implementing the widget can set.

It should be possible to directly add my reaction (emojie) to a posted issue, from the page itself. Microsoft does this with the exception that you will first have to click the expand arrow on the issue.

There should be traces of the Utterance implementation for this in the code.

Similar to Utterances, we should have a page for demonstration. Perhaps hosted with github-pages?

When the issues are created, they might benefit from being assigned to the person responsible for that page. This is particularly useful for websites with a lot of different pages. Microsoft has done it similarly in their service; RoopeshNair in the following issue https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/vsts-docs/issues/4421

To give the user more transparency, it should be possible to not only view the, currently, open issues, but also, maybe in a separate tab, view the closed ones.

Display how many people that have commented on the issue next to the issue itself.

Make the issue element expandable and show the comments below the issue. This should precede #8

We should have an official icon that looks good in small formats, for when yttringar helps to create issues the logo will be displayed next to the author.

A suggestion is to use something like the pattern to the far left in this picture.
