The discord.py project was archived by its maintainer (@Rapptz). You might find an explanation of that and all the other useful information right there. The easiest solution I suggest is to change discord.py to nextcord in requirements.txt, which is a still maintained fork of discord.py. To migrate the library, you’ll only need to ensure that all the libraries that use site-packages/discord path to publish itself to the Python locally available packages are uninstalled and install the nextcord library. Having done that, you won’t even have to change the code.

Would you like to contribute to this project to provide an API wrapper for the sites you get the SGIP information from? Some code from this project might be useful there.
