There have been some differences in Rocket support since 0.2:

1. we shipped with our own version of RocketDbPool
2. the difference in Pool trait
3. basically have to conn.into_inner() everywhere (which is bad but I could not figure out how to eliminate that yet)

As a beginning I think we can simply copy the schema from our sea-orm/tests

And then add some CRUD methods on top of it.

As this is only intended to be a REST API server, no HTML is needed.

But as the first step, we may search for some good reference template on GitHub.

Things we are going to investigate:

• deployment on Heroku (https://devcenter.heroku.com/categories/deploying-with-docker) with a custom Docker image (emk/heroku-buildpack-rust#58)

• deployment on a self-hosted Dokku (https://dokku.com/docs/getting-started/installation/)

Technically, without a license, nobody is allowed to use any of this code themselves. Please add a license to make it clear/legal the requirements on using this starter project.
