I am not going to be uploading this for a while, as I am currently embarrassed by it. I might change my mind though; this post will act as a reminder that it is going to have to be uploaded eventually.

I am accepting contributions for system files to have equivalent directory icons on various desktop environments, such as KDE, MacOS, GNOME, XFCE, CINNAMON, and more. I can't do this on my own, contributors can help if they want.

Rename root directory

The root directory does not contain the correct name. It is supposed to be labeled /Audio/ NOT /Music/

I don't know if it is easy to do this, since over 540 commits have been made to this folder as of June 8th 2020.

I have taken a 1+ hour break from GitHub to work on another project, and also enhance my bardcore directory. I got the missing song, and made some conversions, and now the directory I implemented earlier is out of date and needs to be updated.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker - Naming error

I named this incorrectly. It should be !Metal Gear Solid series I didn't notice until too late.

The meme series playlist can't be completed, as I was too lazy to set it up today, there were 24 directories (24 IGNORE.md files, 48 total redirects) and some video files in some of them.

Please pester me into adding it if you want it.

I have been having difficulty getting the top 2 links in this Markdown table to render and work properly. I have the other 4 links working, but I just can't figure out why the top 2 won't work. I have made several attempts over the past 4 days. Here is the current (latest) table source code

Any tips/suggestions are welcome. I have tried various URL encoding tricks, but I can't figure out what is going wrong here.

Note: I am only accepting a solution for local links. If the fix involves placing a web like (starting with https://) I won't accept it.

Content upload

Currently, the mass majority of content hasn't been uploaded to this repository on GitHub for 2 reasons:

• 1. Copyright - A lot of the music is copyrighted, and can't be uploaded until the copyright expires and it enters the public domain

• 2. Large file size - A lot of audio files are above 25 megabytes in size, and there are several files that are over 2 gigabytes each.

Web app out of date (June 11th 2020)

The audio collection web application is due for an update. It hasn't been updated since May 28th 2020 (14 days ago) and there is a lot of new data that needs to be added.

Entry needed: WarZone 2100

I obtained the soundtrack to WarZone 2100 in the past 30 days, and I have not added it to the collection yet. It is an instance in which I can re-upload an entire soundtrack, due to it being public domain.

I am holding back on it for now, as I want to add album art, track descriptions, and other metadata to the files before uploading. The original will remain in tact as well. The original soundtrack can be found here.

Thinking of it now, I will upload the first half today, but not add the metadata enhanced version until I get to it.
