As code is currently implemented, add_character_to_database will rewrite a character if they have the same name. Make it check if the key already exists first, and reject the add if the name is already there!

Need a way to private message the DM as a player. This should probably use the discord bot API, but maybe it doesn't have to. Needs ideas

Combat is a feature in DnD, but it can be made more generic. Should be it's own class probably. Thinking is that each combat is unique, but will always have:

1. combatants
2. rolls
3. potential surprises that affect the roll

So really, we need a initiate_versus_roll() function for the DM, that let's him pit two entities against each other in a roll.

Need to eventually integrate the Discord Bot API.

Need main to loop for the duration of the campaign, and also be able to end and save off where the campaign ended.

Current implementation has versus roll have the same dice between players. There should be an option for the DM to make one player roll less dice if they, for example, have less strength in a strength roll.
