Add 16:9, 16:10, 21:9 etc. resolutions support + borderless mode. Add a script for custom resolutions. Add a 144hz support if possible.

Add a command line argument for launching the game in “Moddable” mode. This mode will load all custom content (for example from “Content/User”) while the normal mode will only load core resources (for the clean game). The editor could always be in “Moddable” mode.

Repurpose _fnmCDPath global engine variable that's being set with the +cdpath application argument in SeriousSam with the path to the folder that can have general classics content such as mods, maps, models etc.

Replace +cdpath argument with +shared or similar and implement it in DedicatedServer.
Alternatively add a console command or a config file with the path(s) to the shared assets folder(s).
