• Install maven3, jdk1.8
• compile command: $ mvn compile
• run command: $ mvn spring-boot:run -Dvideo.root="{your video directory path}"

• Install jdk1.8
• run command: $ java -Dvideo.root="{your video directory path}" -jar {project base path}/spring-boot-streaming-0.1.war

• spring-boot
• jpa
• h2 database
• lombok

If fail compile on any IDE, you check the IDE support lombok.
