Buh Report - Missing Insane Stepsize

Environment

Inside environment can confirm

Steps to reproduce

Try get insane stepsize effect
Fail

Expected Behavior

Insane stepsize effect eventually happens

Actual Behavior

It never happens

Mod support for Coop (Sven, etc.)

Will GSChaos support cooperative modifications, like Sven Coop?
If not, then i'm think about GSChaos Lite, which can be installed on server as a plugin, for example

Force 20 FPS doesn't work If "Wait for vertical sync" is enabled. (At least in the HL25 version)

I've saw an update that the "High" effect got fixed for the HL25 version by making it disable the shaders when it's activated.

You should also do a similar thing with the "Force 20 FPS" effect, seems that it only works if "Wait for vertical sync" is disabled, at least in the HL25 version, haven't tested this in the other versions yet.

Would it be possible to change the effect names along with the other texts?

I was thinking about this because what if other persons from other countries (Like me, i'm from Spain and i'm Spanish) would like to have this and translate the texts?
