TODO
- 去掉 PageletView，仅在 context.js 里面写一个 render
- render 方法里面调用 context.renderString，可以省掉 setLocals
- 测试里面干掉 expect，注意
have.keys的坑 - fixture 里面的用例重新生成
- view 下不应该有 tpl 了，只会在 page 下
- fixture 是通过 scrat 构建后的代码，可以在之前的项目中做一个空白的项目来生成
- 或者修改下内网的 nut-pagelet-example
