android_kernel_cve_pocs's Introduction

This repository houses a series of Proofs of Concept C programs that trigger vulnerabilities that I have found in Android.

If you found these useful and you want to say thanks I like swag. Tshirts/Beer steins/coffe cups etc. Email me for more info.

For the most up-to-date list of my bugs see https://plzdonthack.me

For the bugs listed with _mtk.c I didn't bother even trying to compile them as I don't have a mediatek device to test on.

Is this project still being maintained?

I would be happy to lend a hand on this, but it's not immediately clear if you are still keeping up to date or if its a "dead" project. What's the official status?

i compile ! but not workd! plz help me!

adb shell:data/local/tmp(code path) : ./CVE_CODE
Couldn't open devnode /dev/hbtp_input with error No such file or directory<-- error
I get the same error using another code.

Cannot communicate with DLEAK

I saw DLEAK in "Available Devices" on the phone, but could not connect to it. There was a toast saying "Cannot communicate with DLEAK"

How to compile CVE-2018-9355๏ผŸ

I compiled the file with ndk-build and the Android.mk is like this:

LOCAL_PATH := $(call my-dir)

include $(CLEAR_VARS)

LOCAL_MODULE    := CVE-2018-9355
LOCAL_SRC_FILES := CVE-2018-9355.c

include $(BUILD_EXECUTABLE)

I got fatal error: 'bluetooth/bluetooth.h' file not found, could you please tell me what flags should I use?
I use AOSP mmm command, also get this error.

Could you explain me how to use it, please ?

Hello !
I am new in Android area, and I wanted to know if you can explain me, or suggest some links to understand, how to use these .c files, please ?

Do we have to compile it with gcc and run them on the Android device or emulator, or do we have to include them into an application built with NDK, or do we have to do another thing ?

Thank you in advance for your response !
