COVID_infographic

R scripts and .svg files to make the infographic summaries for the NRS weekly COVID-19 publication.

How to update

  1. Download these files (click the green button Code then Download Zip)
  2. Get updated data
  3. Open the correct script (either even or odd depending on which week it is)
  4. Tweak the filepath so it points to the correct data file
  5. Run the script
  6. You should now have some .svg files appear in your directory (these are the charts)
  7. Paste these charts into the infographic template
  8. Update the text in the infographic
  9. QA the infographic
  10. AFTER publication: upload the updated files to this repository (Add file -> Upload files)
