The Readme.md match the dev version (not released yet),
@ParadaCarleton any news on that?.
In QuasiMonteCarlo v0.2.19, the HaltonSample is called LowDiscrepancySample see the PR #65 where this was changed for the better.
If you want the newest version, you can do
pkg> add QuasiMonteCarlo#master
However, the Readme.md is still wrong even in this case, it should be
QuasiMonteCarlo.sample(n, lb, ub, HaltonSample()) (I am not sure what the [10,3], false where doing before.

@ChrisRackauckas did we ever make the changes we needed for Surrogates.jl to work? If so can we bump the version?
