Calculate and apply an indicator of how far a relative is from the primary lineage. "me" and my parents and their parents are "1". My siblings and my spouse are also 1. My siblings spouses are 2. My parents siblings are 2? My nieces and nephews are 3... (Or something like this.)

Calculate and apply the amount of width a person needs, to accommodate their spouse and children

Draw (color, thickness, style) according to emotional quality of the relationship.

Calculate and apply "Generation" property, to determine which row a person belongs in. Move the YPosition calculation out of PersonDto, since it needs to know the total height of the chart.

Calculate how high to accommodate all generations, and how wide to accommodate all people, and emit that with the json to set the chart's width and height. Also use that height to calculate the YPositions of the people (height-generation, to invert the tree).

This is a nice start at generating a genogram, but it would be nice if defining the people and their relationships was all that was needed to produce JSON with the correct position and generation information for D3.
