The donation, twitter, etc reminder messages by Dankbot should probably follow a logic closer to Zambie_Chew's (ie. once every 15mins only when there is chatter, silent when chat is dead).

Effect: anyone in chat (im assuming up to a certain predefined time going back) who said "OverRustle" in chat gets muted by bot.

A dankbot command for chat, similar to how !award awards DKP for an individual memer, a !bulkaward command to award DKP to every chat memer who typed in chat in the past minute.

• e.g. !points DoesNotExist should say something like DoesNotExist does not exist instead of saying DoesNotExist has 0 points
