Disappearing HLS_MANIFEST_URL for cloudflare stream?

Hi,

Thanks for putting together this tool; it seems to me that the hls manifest is no longer accessible for a video after some time has elapsed?

Can you please confirm if this case, and when does it happen if it is the case?

Feature Request

Hello, do you have plans to add arguments to the binary? Something like

stream-downloader --url {URL_ HERE} --download --output {VIDEO_PATH}

adding something like that would make this downloader very useful!!
