I believe this domain is a false positive
It is a URL shortening service

It's an online newspaper which is directly under the Vietnamese National Peasants' Association.

I stumbled upon blocklists-sentinelone.txt because it contains telepolis.de, a renowned German news site. I understand that it was target of some attack but this does not justify a general, long-term blocking. The attack was very limited and has been dealt with.

I see some further respectable German newspapers in the list.

It undermines the usefulness of the whole file for me.

Having one bad account on a public platform does not justify a block against the platform itself, especially when the admins were not notified of this at publishing, and when they do become aware, the accounts have been removed.

Same problem like #4 but now with 51! invalid domains.
PiHole only list some as example:
