dtbook-to-latex's Issues

Long `<dt>` elements aren't split across lines

Convert the following example with 25pt to see the problem

<dl>
  <dt> Halbruhige &ndash;</dt>
    (ICD) der WHO entfernt.</dd>

Make `<list type="pl">` stand out more

The <list type="pl"> should stand out more, see listen.pdf

We could either

  1. indent the list. But then we'd also would have indent the <list type="ol"> to be consistent
  2. Use a bigger margin before and after <list type="pl">. Possibly also with <list type="ul"> and <list type="ol"> for consistency

How exactly this will be done is TBD. (see also AG Fritz)

`<br/>` inside `bridgehead` generates invalid LaTeX

It currently generates LaTeX that makes XeTeX crash. At least with textlive 2016.20170123-5.

Automatic volume break fails in some cases

Volume breaking is probably only based on text in <p> or <line> elements. Maybe though if they are inside<li> elements they might be ignored. In the example given most of the text is inside <li> elements.

The volume break for the given example is as follows:

  1. 168 S.
  2. 150 S.
  3. 183 S.
  4. 149 S.
  5. 314 S.

So the last volume has too many pages

See 10377.zip

Words that are longer than the line aren't split across the line

Words that are longer than a line and that can't be hyphenated should not leak into the margin

Words such as uuuuuuuuuuaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh spill into the margin

Can we force a line break in LaTeX for words that are too long?

Allow `hd` inside `poem` and `linegroup`
