🐛Empty Input is being sent to the API

Currently, empty user input is being processed and is calling the API. This should fix this issue and show a toast that the field is necessary.

📝Update README.md

Updated README should have a preview of the home page
Should contain API Route Descriptions
Should have a hyperlink to Documentation
Should give a brief introduction to the project
Add a contributors section

🐛Already shortened URLs should not be shortened further

Already shortened URLs like https://smallen.xyz/abcd are still shortened further.

This fix should avoid that and should show a toast that this URL has already been shortened.

✨Add Feature for Custom Links

Currently, all links are randomly generated, add support for custom links
