From version 2021.6:

• installing the PLCnext CLI also installs the Visual Studio add-in. A separate installation step is not required.
• no Software Development kit is included in the PLCnext CLI installation. SDK(s) must be downloaded separately.

Latest version is 2023.6.0.43

В строке 7 HowTo build program Hello PLCnext вместо this должно быть these так как речь идет о нескольких шагах, а не об одном. Также direcrory нужно исправить на directory.
