how setup fb sdk

To setup sdk should i follow FB guide?

pod error

I get this error when run pod:
[!] CocoaPods could not find compatible versions for pod "FBSDKCoreKit":
In snapshot (Podfile.lock):

In Podfile:
FBSDKCoreKit

FBSDKLoginKit was resolved to 7.1.1, which depends on
  FBSDKLoginKit/Login (= 7.1.1) was resolved to 7.1.1, which depends on
    FBSDKCoreKit (~> 7.1.1)

FacebookLogin was resolved to 0.1.1, which depends on
  FBSDKCoreKit (~> 4.14)
