Database Issues

The initial Database is filled with Adminlevels and Scores.
For Example bw|Lebbra! is listed in it with Level 100, bw|Aquila with Level 4 
and so on.

That will not affect the Rights on the current Server because the GUID will not 
match, but so the World will know your GUIDs on your Server - guess the Rest by 
yourself... :)

GeoLiteCity.dat file is missing from download

When I downloaded the RC11.zip and installed, I got errors saying that the 
GeoLiteCity.dat file didnt exist. Sure enough, the file was missing, and I had 
to find and download manually. The fact that it was not included in the 
download and would have to be downloaded manually was not in the install guide 
or in the configuration documentation, and in fact, it says the free version is 
included in the download.
