if a aoi_coverage_percentage is passed along with an intersecting polygon, the API should calculate the are percentage of the intersecting polygon covered by each image. If that percentage is more than the given percentage, the image is returned, otherwise discarded.

For example, if the percentage is 100%, the following image is discarded because it covers less than 100% of the given polygon:

However, the following image is returned because it covers 100% of the polygon:

Switch from using travis to using CircleCI. Should:

• run tests
• on merge to master tag with version number and push version tag to github
• on merge to master deploy to npm
