It's easy to understand a replacement mutation representing by "H:D100Q", but how to understand mutation like "H:D100aD,H:D100bQ,H:S100cR,H:P100dR,H:Q100eY"?

I have been attempting to use some data from your database for modelling but it seems like there is an issue with some of the data values. Many of the data values for the integrin-mab affinity dataset take on a dd G value of 8, while no datapoints appear to take on this value in the original paper. Many of the other measured ddG values appear not to match either. Can you confirm that the experimentally determined values in the .csv file are the correct values for this dataset?

Thanks for providing the dataset. What is the meaning of 'delat(...)'?

I have checked the original reference for the 1T83 protein since I was curious about it and I did not find the values you provided here in the csv file, can you help with that, please? @sarahsirin
