I would add a list with possible relations to SAP to the input field. This will make live easier when working with the data later.

If I click the attachments button a white stripe in the upper edge of the right part of the window is opening but without content or functions.

When the SITreg backend issue Change wording to reflect different types of community events #11 is fixed, this should also be shown in the UI.

Would be nice to generate an ics file (that includes a hyperlink to the event) for particpants to choose to save into their Calendar.

Initially created by @Cao-Jason as Add event to my Calendar in Organizer project. Would think it's OK to have it only in the Participant app.

Yesterday I've accessed the alpha test page at:

using Firefox without any problems. I was first redirected to:

https://accounts.sap.com/saml2/idp/sso/accounts.sap.com

so I had to authenticate. But today I was taken directly to the app and that resulted in the error "Sorry, a technical error occurred! Please try again later."

In the details the following is shown:

We must find a way to enforce the re-authentication even if caching of the page was still valid.

Currently the participant IDs are ongoing numbers. This looks strange for me.
Either use a second ID for display where every event starts from 1 to maximum number of participants or change the current ID so that the user only sees numbers from 1 to 100 (= maximum participants of an event)

When opening the registration record again the "relation to SAP" field is empty sometimes even if content was added before.

It seems to be possible to access and register to an invisible event
via it's Event-ID in URL like:

Although this event is marked as invisible in organizer app:

Fill a field like Twitter or Company and save it to the database.
If you go again into the maintanance, delete the whole field and save it, the entry in the database is not deleted an will be shown the next time.

Workaround: You have to fill at least one space.

A Navigation from the event details to event list does not work on phones using the arrow in the upper left corner:

If the participant provides a Twitter username, then it should be linked to https://twitter.com/ in the attendee list.

I am wondering what GDPR might cause for SITreg.
Having all participants visible at the event is one of the success-reasons for SAPInsideTracks IMHO. But we might need a flag to register visible to the organizer only and stay anonymous for „the world“.

What do you think about that?

First click on Info-Button in Master Header opens the dialog, further button presses only cause this error:

Before releasing the app to the public we should add a button that opens a MessageBox linking to the SITreg GitHub Project and perhaps list also the contributors with links to their Twitter, XING, LinkedIn or SCN Profiles.

Sending the registration form (e.g. Event in Frankfurt 21.10.2017) is not possible when using the direkt link to the event:

leads to the list of registered participants [thats ok]
but the button (lower right corner) is named "Bearbeiten" / "Edit"
instead of "Register"
It then leads to the empty(!) registration form and looks fine, but when saving all the entered data the processing ends with the three circles of death and never comes to an end.

When choosing the event once again from the navigation-panel out of all events .. then the button is correctly named "Register" and all work fine.
The name and email is already filled into the form (taken from the S-ID)

I tried to find the part where the logic fails in the sourcecode .. maybe in this section the wrong path is entered?

Suggest to place Register / Edit Buttons at top of dialogue window, or directly above the List section, to make them visible without any scrolling.

The handling of waiting list is implemented in a way that when the participant changes the RSVP from Yes to No the RegistrationTime is updated to the current timestamp. We should inform the participant about that. When there is a waiting list already the participant is last in the queue.

Mobile display is possible, but I would think that the layout can still be improved:

Currently the Events list is filled up with entries of past events.
The app should start up with all events that are in the future. This could be done via a filter in the master list.

When someone tries to register at to an event using https://sitregparticipant-a5a504e08.dispatcher.hana.ondemand.com/ where the SAPUI5 is 1.42.7 it fails. In the network traffic I see that the request ist sent to:

POST undefined HTTP/1.1

when I run with SAPUI5 1.36.15 the request ist still:

POST Participant HTTP/1.1

When would you show participants here that are not registered? Can we get rid of this field in this view?

@aloeffel has already implemented the create method for the request organizer role service as described in the backend issue sapmentors/SITreg#5. Also a test shows how that method can be used. Now the UI button could be implemented to request the organizer role.

Due to the default sizelimit (100) in the model and growing not enabled on the sap.m.Table for the Participantlist in the detail view, you will only see the first 100 entries.
