Hi Kirill,
we would need to have your project and know which min ui5 version you have in the manifest to reproduce the issue. Also the version of UI5 language assistant installed in your environment would be helpful.
If you cannot add your project here due to security reasons, please feel free to open the ticket for the component CA-UX-IDE

P.S. You can archive your project in VSC for uploading using the context menu option Archive Project or by executing Fiori: Archive Project from the command palette

Hi Kirill,
The issue is caused by / in the schema namespace of your OData service. Slashes are not valid characters in schema namespaces. You can fix it as described in the SAP Note 2437147
