The Employee Demography Dashboard is an interactive Streamlit application designed to leverage Indonesia's National ID Number (NIK) data for comprehensive workforce analysis. To run the dashboard locally:

1. Clone the repository.
2. Install required packages: pip install -r requirements.txt.
3. Run the app: streamlit run streamlit_app.py.
