The Employee Demography Dashboard is an interactive Streamlit application designed to leverage Indonesia's National ID Number (NIK) data for comprehensive workforce analysis. This tool brings a new dimension to understanding employee dynamics, offering insights into various demographic aspects of the workforce.

  • Departmental Employee Count per Generation: Bar chart representation of generational diversity within selected departments, offering insights for tailored management and succession planning.

  • Gender Distribution by Age Range in Departments: Interactive chart to explore gender representation across various departments and age groups.

  • Geographical Distribution of Departments: Understand the spread and concentration of various departments across provinces.

  • Average Age or Experience per Province: Bar chart depicting average age or experience, aiding in HR strategy and workforce maturity assessment.

Getting Started

To run the dashboard locally:
