Describe the bug
When the user creates a new project they will be choosing a country and a location. The country entry is fine where the user can choose a country from the dropdown. However, if the user is to choose a location of cities that is not available in trh dropdown, they should be able to type in a city of their choice.

Describe the bug
If the user enters salvage % as 0% the rest of the fields are left blank. This should not be the case. Even if the user enters salvage % as 0%, the landfill % should be displayed as 100% and the calculation should proceed as normal to display the other field values.
Also if the user changes the salvage% from a different value to 0%, then the calculation does not get adjusted accordingly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Landfill and salvage
2. Enter "0" to the salvage% field
3. Or even if you enter a different value greater than 0% in salvage % and then later change salvage % to 0 then the calculation does not change.

Expected behavior
This should not be the case. Even if the user enters salvage % as 0%, the landfill % should be displayed as 100% and the calculation should proceed as normal to display the other field values.
Is it possible for all landfill entries to have the landfill % as 100% and salvage % as 0% by default. The user can then change these percentages if required and the calculation can be carried out.

Although the overseas distance and vehicle are not indicated as mandatory anymore, the user cannot proceed without filling these values. The tool does not allow the user to save and proceed unless the overseas distance and vehicle are filled.

The equation provided for this calculation in the document was -

Describe the bug
Overseas transport details - Distance (overseas) field and Vehicle (overseas) field are displayed as mandatory fields to be filled. The user cannot proceed with the data entry if they do not complete these fields. Overseas transport details - Distance (overseas) field and Vehicle (overseas) field SHOULD NOT be marked as mandatory. These are only optional fields to be filled by the user if imported materials are used. This issue is present in Substructure, Superstructure, Internal and external finishes and so on.

Open B-SAT > Substructure/ Superstructure (Main phases) > Sub phases ( Walls and facades etc)

Expected behavior
When users make a material entry under all main phases and sub phases only the local transport detail entry (Local distance/ Local vehicle) should be mandatory and compulsory to be filled. Overseas transport components ( Overseas distance/ Overseas vehicle) should not be mandatory fields to be filled. The user should be able to leave these two fields blanks ( Overseas distance, Overseas vehicle), save the project and proceed.

Describe the bug
Landfill and salvage calculation functions according to equations and tallies with the manual calculations. However, if the user goes back and changes the quantity of a certain material and saves it , the landfill and salvage material entry remains unchanged. The user HAS to come back and reenter or readjust the salvage % for the calculation to be rerun automatically.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Landfill and salvage
2. Fill in the entry
3. Go back to the original entry where the quantity of the material was entered in the construction phase and change the quantity of the material
4. Return back to Landfill and salvage and notice that the values remain unchanged. Only when the user re enters the salvage% the calculation is rerun and values are adjusted.

Expected behavior
This should not be the case. If the user decides to go back and change a material quantity, then the landfill and salvage quantity entry for that material entry should be modified accordingly by re - running the backend calculations for that entry again.
Suggested solution- If the user decides to go back and change the quantity of the material, then in the landfill and salvage section, return that respective entry to the unfilled stage. So, intuitively the user will reenter the salvage % and the calculations will be rerun.
