To run the MTWSIR web server, follow these steps:

1. Clone the repository:

   git clone https://github.com/Sangam-ghimire/MTWSIR.git

2. Change to the project directory:

   cd MTWSIR

3. Build the server using Cargo:

   cargo build --release

4. Run the server:

   cargo run

The server will start listening on a default address and port. You can modify the source code to change the configuration.
