After getting data from the NBA's API or scraping it from online sites, we need to restructure and combine data sources. In this repository, I put scripts that create the modeling datasets for the machine learning algorithms

This directory houses all of the raw datasets. Theses datasets are generated using the scripts in Get_Data.

Scripts to scrape data from websites or access data via the NBA's API. All data is saved in the 'Data' directory.

This directory contains scripts that use the trained models to actually make the predictions about who will win each game.

A directory that includes information such as the names of all thirty NBA teams.

Files that are not very important

In this directory, I include all of the scripts that actually train the models. These scripts use the modeling datasets that come from the Build_Datasets scripts
