Remote Control is not working since a few Versions. It has always worked in the past. (Play, Pause, Skip forward / backwards, Stop and automatically close the browser). Currently I always have to use the Mouse and Keyboard to manually stop, get out of fullscreen close the browser, close the error message from the Addon.

I was wondering if you'd be open to add support for multiple amazon accounts, to would make it easier to switch between different accounts with different content? The use case would simply be that there are multiple amazon customers in a single home, who all buy things using their own amazon account and switching between these accounts currently is quite cumbersome.

I've been playing around with the VOD Addon lately and really enjoy the export functionality to have my favourite shows added to the Kodi Database.
I was thinking if it is possible to have e.g. a Service running which is regularly fetching the Amazon Watchlist and export newly added episodes, so Kodi will pick them up automatically.

Do you see the option to add this kind of funcitonality? I might be able to implement this as well, but you are way more familiar with your codebase.

Playing multiple episodes in a row via "play from here" works basically, but FullscreenVideo loses focus after every episode.

Test:

• Open Contextmenu on fist episode
• Select "play from here"
• Episode finishes, Addon leaves Fullscreen Mode, starts next episode
• Playing of next episode continues in the background

I can see the film list and also try to play it but then nothing happen.

`I see an error searching for libdvdnav-arm.so. Not sure if it is an hard dependency because I think I never had that one.

Recently amazon.de seems to require a "verification code" whenever I log in. This code is sent to my email (I have not enabled 2 way authentication on Amazon).

When I try to log in in your amazon video plugin it fails now. At the same time, I can see that I receive verification codes on my email.

I looked for ways to verify the box on my amazon account via a normal PC, but did not find a way.

Would it be possible to supply a verification code during the login procedure?

My problem is that AmazonVOD does not start playing any videos.
It seams that for some reason the ImputStream plugin can't open the links.

I use Kodi 17 beta3 on a Raspberry3, the the widevine library should be up-to-date and I already tried updating to Amazon 0.2.7.

Is it a known issue or have I done somthing wrong?
I couldn't find an appropriate report here at github.

Ich nutze das Amazon VOD Addon in Verbindung mit LibreELEC (v7.90.009)auf einem Raspberry Pi 2. Wenn ich nun ein Video zum Abspielen auswähle zeigt sich kurz der Ladekringel und dann passiert nichts weiter.

Bis vor wenigen Wochen (ca. Ende November) hat das ganze funktioniert. Leider kann ich keinen genauen Zeitpunkt nennen. Ich habe zwischenzeitlich einige Updates durchgeführt (LibreELEC und das VOD Addon)

This is 2 question not an issue. Is there a way to get the prime channels to show up and be selected in this? I added a channel to my account in prime, but don't see a way to find it in the app.

Also, how do I get to control the video from a remote? I have a hauppauge remote that is RC5 type and can only get it to jump forward or back.

I also tried with an earlier build (20160531), and the same. Do you know what could be causing this?

Please let amazon video execute a custom script when launching and ending the browser.
So it would be possible to disable the remote control in kodi and configure a remote to
control firefox. Otherwise all lirc commands are catched up by kodi in the background.

Problembeschreibung auf Englisch:
I have a problem controlling the playback in chrome. The xdotool seems to be executed only after chrome is closed (killed via console).
I played around without any real knowledge in python and found that if i comment out line 89 (result = process.communicate()[0]) and 90 (Log(result)) everything works fine. I'm not really sure what those lines are supposed to do, but i think those a for diagnostic purposes only and the first one doesn't seem to return until chrome is closed.

Hi,

due to some problems with the DRM of prime, I was trying to use the add in and show the video in the chromium browser.

So watching videos is possible and the usage of the add in is working to.

But now I need a script to open chromium from the addin.

My script passes only the file {u} and starts chromium like
chromium-browser $1

The problem is, Kodi is not running in a X Window, so chromium cannot start. When connected via VNC, however, chromium is started on the VNC Window and is not visible on the TV (where kodi is shown)

Any ideas, how to overcome this?

I can’t seem to get any movies to playback. I have Kodi 18, Input Stream , and libwidevinecdm.so in the cdm directory. Netflix plugin is working for me so I know that it should work.

I installed the add-on and set it up to e able to play through the native kodi player, but when I start the add-on it goes to a blank configuration screen so I am not able to set anything up.

The only thing visible is:
Amazon VOD
Soften 0% ?0?

Then it has cancel and default buttons but nothing happens if you click them.

I have tried uninstalling and reinstaling the add-on without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

tried installing both video add-on(s) , but clicking on "install" button doesn't do anything.

I've got both plugins working on my Android box with Kodi 16 and everything but search works fine. When I choose "search" from the menu, I can enter my search string and a result list is displayed, but Kodi then immediately jumps back to the previous menu.

As a lover of open source, I did some digging in the code and found an easy fix for both plugins that works for me. I'll provide a PR with a fix very shortly.

Tried stream input, browser and script methods to no avail. Stream input plays, but the image is garbled and mostly blank. The other methods do nothing. Android method successfully loads and plays the stream in the Android Amazon video app, but at that point I might as well just use that app! Prefer to use yours with input stream. Any suggestions on how to get that working?

I may be missing it, but the Amazon Prime Video plugin does not seem to support Kodi library integration. It would be cool to be able to add Prime Video movies and TV series to the Kodi Library. Any chance of this feature being added?

Since we updated (Aug 8?), the Watchlist appears empty. I've tried logging out and logging in, no change. The issue exists on both our HTPCs. (this is on a U.S. account)
