Should happen in the encoder instead as much as possible.

Current version is broken and incorrect.

This was added before knowledge of how Emscripten does Exception Handling.

Currently building OCaml wasm is too dependent upon the host environment.

Has certain shortcuts that are incorrect.

I probably do something wrong here.

Some emscripten executables are run in the Makefile. This was an early experiment and it is not not necessary to do this. All usage of emscripten executables (emar, emranlib) can be removed.

To make it easier for contributors to not mess up their environment, like I have.

• AST: add symbols section
• wasmgen: use symbol section
• encode: generate symbol section from AST

Should be similar to what's in LLVM.
