If new avatar has never been set after user signup. Avatar will not display src until component refresh/page load

Remove all check-in logic from the component "RoomCard" and put in own class. Too much logic in there and is too messy as it is.

most of the async functions are not async await syntax. Needs refactoring before release

Initial roomLoad gets slowed down by approx 0.5 - 1 sec if the room contains more than 100 announcement records. Causes slowness due to the reaction action dispatcher as well.

Currently added a limit to fetch 8 most recent announcement and need to implement a way to continue load announcement for the user. Announcements are removed from the redux state on unMount and sat again on room enter.

The goal is to keep the platform as fast as possible.

Replace all CSS in stylesheets with styled components

The following components need to be refactored. The component needs to be split into at least two parts (Dropzone and cover preview) and made reusable in both stages of application.
