Seems some addons declare panels they don't actually register (like cutout animation tools) so when you apply your panels configuration, these panels are re unregistered, sometimes hiding the addon category in the tool shelf

Someone posted a direct link to this in a chat with very little context, so I had to search to find out what this was since the documentation here is nonexistent. You can basically just copy everything from the Blender Artists page (converting the HTML to Markdown) and consider this done.

Is there any reaso for "Old Versions" directory? GIT keeps track of old versions by itself, so there is no need to copy old vresion to some "Old Versions" directory. You can even use tags to mark certain version.

Im not sure is just a bug or is current version that simplified but changes dont save currently i would want to know is there any way to save changes made with addon
